Nicoise canapés

2 slices of toastbread 

1 egg

1 (bigger) tomato

2 tablespoons of olive oil 

a couple of black olives

butter

salt

A simple, nice supper that caught my eyes by chance. Hard-boil the egg, coat the sliced tomatoes with olive oil. Cut the slices of bread into two, butter them and place a slice of tomato, egg, olives on top. Season with a pinch of salt. Serves one.
