1 scoop of ice cream (I used two frozen redcurrant yoghurt-triangles) sparkling mineral water I couldn't believe that this could be good :), so I had to try it out. The original recipe suggests good-quality vanilla ice cream as a base, and states that it's more delicious with lemonade, but more authentic with water. I considered fruits to be a safer option, so I used the frozen redcurrant yoghurt-triangles with the water. I tasted it in every phase of the melting process and I have to say it is very delicious. The more it melts, the better it becomes :). Next time I might risk the vanilla :). Parti food and appetizers.
