Cherry lassi

a handful of pitted cherries 

150 ml natural yoghurt 

150 ml ice cold water

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

pinch of salt (optional)

Mix well the above mentioned ingredients and find yourself drinking a cold, refreshing South Asian beverage. Originally it is prepared with mango, but it's great with other types of fruits as well. Serves two.
