« Sandwich with apple and blue cheese Cuba Libre » Bruschetta
2 tomatoes 1 clove of garlic 2 slices of whole grain bread 3+2 tablespoons of olive oil salt pepper some fresh thyme Dice the tomatoes, sprinkle them with three tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt, pepper and some fresh thyme. Remove the crust of the bread, put the slices under hot grill for two minutes per side, until they get brown. Rub both sides of them with the garlic, and heap them with the tomatoes. They deserve two extra tablespoons of olive oil. Eat them warm. Serves one. I've checked Tessa Kiros's method from Twelve.
